How do I track my order?

 

After an order has been successfully processed, a confirmation email, with your tracking number, will be sent to the provided email. To ensure that the email is sent correctly, please make sure your email is typed without errors.

What delivery options are available?

The following options will appear on the checkout page, you select which delivery method is suitable for you.

USPS Standard Shipping:  10 - 15 business days or USPS Priority Mail:  1 - 3 business days (United States Domestic Only)

Do you provide International Delivery?

 

We're currently not offering this delivery method; however, our intention is to provide this option for all in the near future.

What social media sites are you on?

 

We can be found on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. We'll be adding LinkedIn soon. 

What are your business hours?

 

We can be reached during our normal business hours Monday thru Friday 9am - 7pm (CST).

Do you have a retail store?

Not at this time, but we periodically attend live events at local malls in the State of Illinois. Make sure to follow us on our social media sites for upcoming events. We'd love to meet all current, previous & future customers.

If an item is out of stock, what do I do?

Most often when an item if out of stock, it will not be restocked due to the preparation of the next season. We find it beneficial to change item selections when sold out to continually offer the latest fashions. 

How will my eGift card be sent to the recipient?

All eGift Cards are sent electronically via email. We do not offer physical gift cards to be purchased online at this time.

Can I combine promo codes?

Promo codes and offers cannot be combined with already discounted items or sale items. Only one promo code per order.

Can I use a promo code with a gift card payment?

Yes, eGift Cards are a form of payment and may be used in conjunction with a promo code. However, you may not use a promo code to purchase an eGift Card. To learn more about eGift Cards, please visit the GIFT CARDS page.

Why do I get an error when I enter my addresses?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing, and/or shipping addresses. The billing address has to match what your bank has on file. Double check all of your information closely and look for any typos. Sometimes, reformatting the names and addresses in your billing information does the trick!

How can I add items to the wish list?
